In parallel to her MarTech consulting, Kelly is the owner of CommunityWorks, a network of personally vetted Social Media and Online Marketing specialists helping businesses build targeted online communities and audiences to reach business goals.
What stands out about CommunityWorks, in addition to the results it delivers, is that the network is a completely remote and staffed by virtual team members across Europe.
Kelly is also the founder of #DropinDigital, Saturday morning “drop in” Social Business Consulting in Lausanne for the price of a coffee and croissant, and co-founder of Women in Digital Switzerland a non-profit association of more than 4000 women (and men!) across six cities in Switzerland.
Prior to her consulting business, Kelly held the role of Communications for Paper.li, where she successfully designed their first pay service on a shoe-string budget through an all organic, community-first approach. She also founded the first European Brand Chat on Twitter, #BizHeroes, which reached the top ten most successful Twitter chats in 2013 and 2014. Along with launching Paper.li as a social brand leader in content curation, she also successfully scaled the Paper.li community of more than 500,000 end-users and designed community driven platform and service testing, content co-creation, peer-to-peer customer service, and a brand ambassador program.
She is a speaker and attendee at both international and local events such as Content Marketing World, Adobe Symposium, Adobe Summit, Geneva Communicators Network, Women in Digital Switzerland, and a guest lecturer at the University of Geneva Continuing Education, Digital Transformation program. She contributes to industry resources at Skyword, SEMRush, SearchEngineJournal, Atomic Reach, MackCollier.com, Pam Didner.com and is named as a Top 50 Content Marketer to follow in 2018.
