Switzerland scores highest on the list of the best countries for attracting and developing talent
For the last six years, the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) has ranked countries and major cities on their ability to attract, develop and retain talent. The study measures the performance of countries using six pillars. In the top 10, you’ll find eight from Europe. First-placed Switzerland performs actively over all six pillars but is particularly good at retaining talent.
